Tee Time Bookings – Our new site will allow your members to log in and book a tee off time. You will be able to set all tee off time preferences such as intervals between tee offs and maximum number of people per group. Your members will then be able to view all available slots with ease and then at the click of a button can book the slot and send a payment. By accepting online payments you can better organise your schedules and reduce the amount of money lost through cancellations. One On One Lesson Bookings – As a golf coach you will be able to schedule lesson bookings online. Your students will be able to log on and look through your diary to check your availability. With one click of a button they can book a slot and pay whatever deposit you choose to set. Students will also be able to add themselves to a reserve list; should the original booking get cancelled, everyone on the reserve list will automatically be contacted via email and sms text message to advise them that the slot has become available. This will provide a better customer service to your students and also keep lost revenue from cancelled lessons to a minimum. Prices start at £360 p.a £29.95 per month plus vat which gives you the site all set-up and one coach/diary. Each additional coach/diary is priced at £8.99 per month + vat.
